Mike Easley’s “Pansy” Comment Lame; Move On

It is pretty amazing watching the gay mountain being made out of the pansy of a molehole comment that NC Governor Mike Easley made in his endorsement of Hillary Clinton. In speaking in support of Clinton Easley said “But this lady right here makes Rocky Balboa look like a pansy.”
Pansy, of course, being a term used to described an effeminate man or gay man.
As Pam Spaulding says Easley’s use of the word was “tacky,” but in the overall scheme of GLBT politics does it really matter?
We have far more to worry about than some than some gubernatorial doofus poor choice of words.

Well, one should always remember that the gays are “sensitive” and get their feelings hurt easily. LOL
It must truly suck to be as small-brained as the vocal queers are. Having no choice but to look at everything through “rainbow colored” glasses must be a horrid way to live.
Of course it’s no worse than many other special interest groups who see the world solely in terms of their own agenda.

I guess you must be a little sensitive too cause you seem to spend a lot of time searching gay blogs.
As a gay person, I love being compared to a pretty flower. I wonder if LGBT people really are upset about it, or if the MSM is trying to make it seem as if we are. What I want to know is, will North Carolina let pansies have civil unions?
